Still soaking up the post-orgasmic glow buzzing through his limbs, Kurt curled closer to Blaine’s side, kissing his chest and humming contentedly when Blaine let his fingers play across his spine.
Heat lightning flashed across the sky outside, quickly followed by a loud crack of thunder that shook the house, the sound amplified through Kurt’s open windows.
“Mmm, you should just stay here tonight,” Kurt murmured sleepily, running his fingertips over Blaine’s chest and grinning as he brushed over one of his nipples, Blaine inhaling and arching into the touch. “We can always go another round later. Dad and Carole won’t be back until Sunday evening.”
Blaine made a small sound of interest in the back of his throat, Kurt already dipping his thumb into the waistband of his sweats to slide them down his hips.
“Whattabout Finn ‘n Sam?” Blaine mumbled, nuzzling his nose in Kurt’s hair.
“They’re busy playing video games,” Kurt whispered, nipping Blaine’s ear and grinding against the side of his hip.
Before Blaine could do more than give him a darkened look, heavy, mismatched footsteps echoed up the stairs and down the hall, barely giving Kurt enough warning to yank Blaine’s sweats back up and cover them both with the blanket before Finn and Sam burst through the door, breathing heavily.

We never see the history behind “jerk/bitch,” never see how it began or how long it’s have been such a symbolic thing for Sam and Dean. But as soon as they say it, in the very first episode, when they haven’t hunted together for two years but are somehow still perfectly in synch…you immediately know that those two words hold so much significance. This isn’t just two random insults. This is the string connecting Sam and Dean over and over again during the span of their lifetimes. This is how they say so much more than just “I love you.”
